These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Czech Republic. Jugglequip and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
The trade realised on this website is subject to the Czech and EU laws. The business is done under Václav Peca's Czech trade license ("Živnostenské oprávnění" in Czech legal terms). The trade license is not a tax-payer ("Neplátce daně"), meaning there is no value-added tax on top of the price of the products. In Czech jurisdiction that is possible if the total revenue under the trade license does not surpass 1,000,000 CZK per year.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the website. To be entirely sure that the product fits the buyer in terms of its physical qualities, we recommend trying it in person at one of our distributors or at a juggling festival.
All products shown on the website are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that they will be in stock. Their current availability is shown and the system does not let you buy products that are not in stock. It may happen by mistake that you buy a product that is not in stock, in that case we let you know by email and immediately refund your order in full.
The payment for the products is realised via Stripe or Apple Pay at the end of the checkout process.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. All payments shall be in EUR.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
The warranty that applies to any product is listed on the product site in the "Warranty" section. The standard warranty for our products is two years. This may be increased in some cases, e.g. Infinities have a three year warranty.
Within warranty period, the product shall be repaired, replaced or refunded if the three following conditions are met: (a) the product breaks or ceases to function properly, (b) it was, between it being received from us and it being broken, used properly – that is for the intended purpose (e.g. juggling), (c) the buyer contacts us and follows the instructions we give them. In case of complaint, please email us and take photos of the damaged product, we will respond you with instructions to apply the warranty. We may and usually do require that you send us the damaged product back to inspect it. The costs of transporting the products back to the seller are paid by the buyer. We try to offer as many options of resolving the issue as possible (repair, replacement, refund), but we may also offer only one or two options due to circumstances (e.g. product out of stock or discontinued).
It is possible to return one or more products within 14 days from when they are delivered. If you want to return the product, you must notify us first, and then we will give you instructions to do so. You do not have to state the reason why you want to return the products. Only unused products in original condition may be returned. The costs of transporting the products back to the seller are paid by the buyer.
A cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive by web pages you visit. The file – and the information in the file – is generated by the server-side application running the web site. The server also has access to the cookie it gave you (but not to cookies created by other websites). Cookies on one hand make for a more seamless experience by keeping goods in your shopping bag when you return a day later, and on the other hand they help us to see how users navigate the site, so that we can improve its design and features.
